Click on the item you want. Once that opens, right click on the image and select.....SAVE IMAGE AS....now choose the folder on your computer than you wish to save it to.
To install your wallpaper.....Open the folder you save it to.....RIGHT click on the image and select.....SET AS DESKTOP BACKGROUND.
